Enrolment Process
At Rosebud Secondary College we strive to support all learners to achieve their best by working with students to achieve their ultimate potential. We look forward to taking you for a tour and discussion of our school.
Rosebud Secondary College accepts student enrolments at all year levels. Upon receiving your enquiry you will meet with one of our Assistant Principals to discuss your students enrolment. Students residing within our school zone are guaranteed a place at our school, which is determined based on your permanent residential address. Our school manages enrolments using the Placement Policy to ensure that students have access to their designated neighbourhood school and may enrol at another school, if there are available places.

Our school has an enrolment restriction under section 2.2.16 of the Education and Training Reform Act 2006 (Vic). Approved entry criteria for our school are:
- students who live within the school zone
- students with a sibling attending the school at the same time
- students seeking enrolment on compassionate grounds, in exceptional circumstances.
All students seeking enrolment at our school must meet one of the above criteria to be eligible for enrolment.
The department will review this enrolment restriction yearly and provide updated advice as necessary.

RSC on Display
Each year in March RSC hosts the College Open Night, this is great opportunity for prospective families to see what the College has to offer. Attendees will get a guided tour and hands on experience of our classes, Houses and facilities led by our students and staff.
